Harp Legacy Construction has over 60 years combined building experience, a professional engineer's license, and a passion for structural excellence. We are the first company to offer Poured Concrete Foundations in the Tri-City area along with a multitude of other concrete services. We also have a long established reputation around town with our Framing Division which has framed hundreds of houses in the area. Our company's capacity does not end there; we also extend our services to the outdoors with our Concrete Pools and Outdoor Living Division .
